The Awards are a full-day experience, held in Dubai on 16th February 2021.From 9am to 1pm, finalists present their initiatives in front of independent judging panels: this is the Awards Finals. Many of these presentations are open to spectators, so you’ll have the opportunity to see dozens of examples of top customer experience throughout the day.
Before or after your presentation, you can network with hundreds of other CX professionals, sharing knowledge and potentially forging new business relationships!
During Kantar’s research, it also emerged that our customers would like to hear from CX specialists during the Finals, so we’re organising what we are calling #CXtrendstalks.
8 leading specialists from highly respected organisations will share their research and opinions on what is hot in CX and what is not. We’ll be announcing the speaking line-up soon.
