GCXA™ '22 Winners Announced
On February 21, 2022, at the Conrad Hotel in Dubai, we marked another successful year for customer experience. The Awards Ceremony for GCXA™ '22 was a fantastic celebration of the best practices in the Gulf region, bringing together many industry leaders and successful organisations.

Getting to the finals is a significant accomplishment, and getting an award is a sign that you are doing the right things for your customers. Be proud of your achievements and of taking part in this year's programme. Each of our finalists deserved a place with the leaders of customer experience.
The past couple of years have been challenging for businesses. However, so many organisations managed to thrive in the crisis and reach tremendous results with their CX efforts. We are honoured and inspired by all the successful initiatives at the awards and humbled to learn from them.
