Customer Happiness

Awards International have been driving the Customer Experience agenda in the GCC since 2015 with hundreds of organisations taking part in the Gulf Customer Experience Awards since then.

We are delighted to support the UAE Government aims to make the country amongst the top five happiest countries in the world by 2021.

This is built on three main pillars:

  • Happiness and Positivity in Work
  • Happiness and Positivity as a Lifestyle
  • Measuring Happiness and Positivity

The Awards will now include special Happiness categories for organisations to enter alongside many other categories.

In addition to this, we will continue to run the CX Community Meetings and the Customer Experience Masterclasses with Ian Golding.
