For the first time ever, in the Gulf region will be held a CX Week organized by Awards International. During 5 days we will gather all CX experts from the region and beyond to learn and celebrate customer experience results.

CXInspired®

Gulf CX Week now featuring CXInspired®. Awards International® is proud to be working in partnership with European Customer Consultancy on the report which will realise our long-term ambition to extract and share best practice from the thousands of entries in our awards library. Two reports, CXInspired® Organisations and CXInsprised® Leaders, will provide specific examples of actions to take to design such experiences and importantly lay down the commercial benefits delivered through these approaches.

No matter if you are finalist, judge or a guest, you will enjoy the Awards Finals and celebration at the Awards Ceremony. The GCXA™ celebrates the incredible work done by CX professionals across the Gulf - and gives you a chance for recognition!

At the Awards Finals, finalists will pitch their initiatives to the judging panels. Then, in the afternoon, we gather together for the Awards Ceremony. This is a chance to celebrate CX success and hear about the amazing progress many companies had over the last year.
