With over 20 years of experience, Rania has been heavily involved with CX especially in luxury including automotive and watches & jewellery. For the last 13 years, Rania has been working in family businesses, where she started the CX function to shift the mindset to a customer focused one by breaking silos and ensuring CX impacting decisions are collectively taken with the voice of the customer being strongly present. CCXP since 2018 and is currently CX Senior Director, Seddiqi Holding, and in UAE since 2004.
