As a Customer Experience Director at DARP, one of the Saudi Vision Realization Programs, Feras led the initial organization-wide development of the Umrah Visitor Experience program. He currently manages the Pre-Arrival and Mobility touchpoints within the journey, working alongside government stakeholders & partners to co-create initiatives, offerings, and services that will enable & drive the transformation of the Haj & Umrah sector. Prior to that, Feras was the Marketing lead at Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College, in addition to a Marketing Strategy consultant at Elixir, a McKinsey & Company-owned consulting firm based in Saudi.
