Ahmed has over 12+ years of experience in managing quality and delivering multichannel customer experience strategies aiming to maximize revenue, improving quality, customer satisfaction, NPS and enhancing customer journey at every touchpoint. Ahmed has worked for some of the key market players in the region such as Qatar Airways, STC, EWA Bahrain, National Bank of Bahrain & now with AXA Gulf. Ahmed’s vision has always been customer and business-centric. This is evident through his formulation and management of highly effective teams, who focus on solving business problems and who deliver bespoke CX. Ahmed has an MBA in Operations & Total Quality Management. He is a CBP by IBTA, an accredited level 0 coach by ICC & a great sports enthusiast.
