Berkay has been a CX enthusiast for the last 20 years during his tenure in ECE & MEA markets with various industries he created value for the Oracle’s enterprise customers and their consumers. His career started in the year 2000 where he worked in a variety of roles around various CRM platforms as project and business development manager before joining Oracle in the year 2006. Since then his Journey has been among different countries like Turkey, Romania, Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Africa with his obsession on innovation in Customer Experience and Engagement. Lately, after 2 years of close work with leading MarTech and AdTech Agencies he focused on the area of AI/ML, working with Startups from the UK and Middle East Markets. He completed a post-graduate program in the University of Texas, Austin for AIML and he is now studying a post-graduate program in Stanford for Design Thinking.
