Maria’s passion for CX started while studying hospitality in Switzerland and working in three different countries in this industry. She persisted in her development in CX by not only collaborating in CRM and CX Strategy implementations but also developing and implementing service quality assurance programs and standards across all customer touch-points in retail, F&B and L&E sectors. Maria then specialized in leading numerous trainings to help teams to implement a CX centric culture and in leading and implementing VoC programs. Today, Maria is part of the Axis Partners team. She helps clients to drive innovation through structured transformations. Her CX knowledge together with her experience in transformations, makes her an inspiring professional that constantly drives continuous improvement.
