Customer Experience & Transformation Advisor
Nawaf Adil Al Zadjali is currently working as a Customer Experience & Transformation Advisor at Riyadh Airports Company – Saudi Arabia. Previously, he has worked for Oman Airports for 11 years at various functions where the latest was under the Corporate and Strategic Planning department looking after Customer Experience and Market Intelligence. Before that he has worked at Oman Hockey Association for 3 years as an Administration Secretary & Supervisor of the Registration Department and Technical Support.
Nawaf has completed his BSc in Computer Engineering, his MSc in Airport Planning and Management from Cranfield University, and pursuing his PhD at the moment, and he is an academic instructor and a certified instructor with multiple number of license, certification, and accreditation records.
Nawaf also has a breadth of experience in five sectors and industries, including higher education, professional training, and consulting in Arabic and English. This interdisciplinary mix of both operational and academic pursuits has allowed him to become a competent ‘knowledge broker’ in the GCC region.
