Serra Tileylioglu is a graduate of German Highschool and earned her bachelor’s degree from Koc University in Economics. She completed her Executive MBA at Bogazici University. Starting her career at BSH Hausgeräte, Serra has directed award-winner programs and teams in marketing, digital loyalty, digital transformation, CX culture change, CX strategy and customer value management in telecom and retail sectors in Germany, Turkey and UAE in the last 13 years. She is a proud contributor to TurkishWIN global community. Her projects were awarded by various local and global entities including Vodafone UK, European Excellence and Stevie awards.
